Soup & Lotto...

So Beast my Roomie, called in sick today! She felt a lil under the weather! So i decided to make her tummy feel better by making Arroz Caldo (Chicken Soup Porridge) with all the yummy toppings: Fried garlic, ground up Chicharon, cut up Green Onions, Lemons, & Patis (Fish Sauce)!
Had my bro Marc, Steph, & Brian (gyeeeeeaaaah) come grub & watch the Laker Game!

So me & Beast didn't win the Lotto Mega Millions... No one did actually. But we have Fridays to look forward to! My 99 cent Jesus coffee cup says, we got 3 numbers! $7 Dollars! Woo hoo... Praise the lord!

It's Friday!

So on Friday, me & Marc met up wif Jet, memz, & our lil bro David at Mauels El Tepeyac for their Machaca Wet Burrito with Hollenbeck Sauce on top! My god, this monster fed 5 grown ass men! Couldnt finish it off! I was so full the whole day til nite time!

So we ended up goin out to USLA's last event at Highlands! Very chill nite...

Baskin the Robins!

So besides the fact I straight pulled a 24... to many damn cups of Coffee! Today was Baskin & Robin's 31 cent Scoop Ice Cream Day! 3 Scoops for 93 cents! I rolled wif Beast, My bro Marc, And Steph... I had 2 scoops of Mint n Chip & 1 Scoop of Pistachio nut! Time to tulog na!

Peruvian Meat & Taters! (Lomo Saltado)

Step 1. So get 2 taters, peel n cut into slivers!

Step 2. Next, cut a pound of Tri tip into strips and, salt, garlic powder, pepper, and 4 mashed up garlic cloves!

Step 3. Next, Half a onion, and 2 tomatoes, and yer favo beer... Had some Pacifico! Yummers!

Step 4. Add, Potato's from earlier with fresh Parsley! Simmer and Serve over rice! Ahhhhhh shit!

So this dish turned out pretty bomb! Definitely will make this again! Made some Thai Chicken and Lumpia for my roomie, bro, and some close friends... was a good Dindin! Lakers smashed Oklahoma to take a 3 to 2 lead in the 1st round of Playoffs!

R.I.P. 04/26/2010

So today was a sad day, Janice's Lolo passed away this afternoon! Dedicating this entry to my roomie and her fam! My condolences... I know hes in a better place now, no suffering! This is a picture of Janice's Lolo & her niece Kaylee! Such'a adorable pic, the 1st time I saw it made me smile! Least when Kaylee is older she may not remember her Great Lolo... but at least have a picture with him! I never knew both of my Lolo's... they both passed away when I was born. Jet my older bro remembers them a lil bit, but that's more than me and my younger bros! Well I will keep a Prayer for my roommate and her Familia! RIP...

I'm a Loser baby... So why dont you kill me!

So last nite me and my Bro, Marc... went to Santa Monica to go watch The Loser's with our older Bro Jet & Memz! A pretty decent action flick, if you ain't expecting much that is! And it has some good comedic parts in the movie that were well placed! Only thing was we were trying to watch the 12am showing, but it was sold out so we had to catch the 12:40am showing! Felt bad fer my bros cus i love late showings...
After we rolled out to Cinco De Mayo's in Culver City to get some Chile Verde Wet Burritos... I got Dos, one was to eat there and the other to take home! I love eatin at 4am... only thing that suffers was my once 6 pack! lol

Grand Star!

Yesterday I went to Lunch wif Beast, my bro Marc, & Beast's friend at Gyu Kaku! Man the Pork Belly is the shizz... Ir's like thicker cuts of seasoned Bacon! yummers! After I ran some errands wif the Beast, then back home!


Wanted to do something last nite, but everyone was busy or flaking! So Mr. Brian Kim... saved me by taking me out to Grand Star in China Town! I'm really glad I went... saw soo many peeps i haven't seen in'a minute! I talk to them more on Face Book than I do in real life! Sad... but great to see them! There was a Kat in front of Grand Star who did a dope mural or Guru! R.I.P. Had to take a picture of that, Oh and they gave away free condoms... took a shit load of them! woo hoo...
